Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the online site currently located at
velorumlab.io (together with any materials and services available thereon, and any successor site or sites, the “Site”) provided by Velorum (“Velorum”).
By accessing or using the Site or any feature, service, or data provided by it, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to comply with these Terms of Use.
Usage Limitations
You may use the Site only for purposes permitted by these Terms of Use and applicable laws and regulations in your country and jurisdiction, including those related to data export or software transfer to and from Spain or other relevant countries as described below.
In connection with the Site, you agree not to:
- Transmit or make available through or in connection with the Site any material that is or may be: (a) threatening, harassing, degrading, hateful, or intimidating, or that fails to respect the rights and dignity of others; (b) defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful; (c) obscene, indecent, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable; or (d) protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity or privacy, or any other proprietary right, without the express prior written consent of the relevant owner.
- Transmit or make available through or in connection with the Site any virus, worm, Trojan horse, Easter egg, time bomb, spyware, or other potentially harmful or invasive code intended to damage or hijack the operation of, or monitor the use of, any hardware, software, or equipment.
- Use the Site for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
- Collect or compile information about other Site users.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or the servers or networks used to make the Site available, including by hacking or defacing any portion of the Site, or violate any requirements, procedures, or policies of such servers or networks.
- Restrict or inhibit any other person from using the Site.
- Reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, sell, rent, lease, lend, share in real-time, distribute, or exploit any portion (or use) of the Site except as expressly authorized herein, without Velorum’s prior written consent.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Site, except where such restriction is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Site.
- Frame or mirror any portion of the Site, or incorporate any portion of the Site into any product or service, without Velorum’s prior written consent.
- Download and systematically store Site content.
- Use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device to retrieve, index, scrape data, or collect Site content, or reproduce or circumvent the Site’s navigational structure or presentation, without Velorum’s express prior written consent.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, and subject to compliance with the instructions in the
robots.txt file in the Site’s root directory, Velorum grants public search engine operators permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site solely for creating publicly available searchable indexes, but not caches or archives. Velorum reserves the right to revoke this permission at any time without notice.
Information Submitted Through the Site
Your submission of information through the Site is governed by Velorum’s
Privacy Policy. You represent and warrant that any information you provide in connection with the Site is and will remain accurate and complete, and that you will maintain and update such information as necessary.
Velorum will not disclose any service usage information to third parties, except when legally required by competent authorities.
Transactions
We may make available the ability to purchase or obtain certain encryption, access control, or revocation services (the “Services”) through the Site (each a “Transaction”). If you wish to make a Transaction, you may be asked to provide relevant information such as your credit card number and expiration date, billing address, and shipping information.
YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD SUBMITTED IN CONNECTION WITH A TRANSACTION. By submitting such information, you grant us the right to provide it to third parties to facilitate the Transaction. Verification may be required before acknowledging or completing any Transaction. By completing a Transaction, you represent that the Services will be used only for lawful purposes.
Feedback
If you provide ideas, proposals, suggestions, or other materials (“Feedback”), whether related to the Site or otherwise, you acknowledge that such Feedback is non-confidential, voluntary, and unrestricted. You retain ownership of your Feedback but grant Velorum a worldwide, royalty-free, fully paid, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to reproduce, distribute, perform, display, adapt, modify, and otherwise use and exploit such Feedback for any purpose.
You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant the foregoing license and that your Feedback does not violate any law or third-party rights. You irrevocably waive any “moral rights” or similar rights regarding attribution or integrity of authorship that you may have.
Ownership Rights
Velorum and its suppliers own the Site, which is protected by international intellectual property laws. Subject to compliance with these Terms of Use, and only while Velorum allows you to use the Site, you may view and use the Site, provided that all copyright and proprietary notices remain intact.
Velorum grants no intellectual property rights except as expressly stated herein. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to use, distribute, copy, or modify Velorum’s intellectual property, including copyrights, patents, trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.
Third-Party Materials; Links
Certain Site features may provide access to materials made available by third parties (“Third-Party Materials”) or allow routing or transmission of such materials through links. By using such functionality, you authorize access and transmission of the related Third-Party Materials.
We do not control or endorse, and are not responsible for, any Third-Party Materials, including their accuracy, legality, quality, or safety. Use of Third-Party Materials is at your own risk and subject to the terms, conditions, and policies applicable to such materials.
Warranties
The Site and Velorum services operate under Service Level Agreements (SLAs) signed between the parties in the service contract.
Limitation of Liability
EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY LAW, VELORUM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OF USE, THE SERVICES, OR ANY THIRD-PARTY MATERIALS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR COMPUTER FAILURE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE OR SERVICES IS TO STOP USING THE SITE.
Indemnification
Except where prohibited by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Velorum and its affiliates from all claims, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the Site or any violation of these Terms.
Termination
These Terms remain effective until the contractual relationship ends. Velorum may terminate or suspend your use of the Site with 30 days’ notice if it believes you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately, and Velorum may delete your account and associated materials without liability.
Additional Terms
Certain parts of the Services may be accompanied by additional terms applicable to specific features or areas. These supplement these Terms regarding your use of such areas.
Updates to Terms and Other Policies
Velorum may update these Terms of Use with a minimum of 30 days’ notice by reasonable means, including posting the revised Terms on the Site. Updates will not apply to disputes arising before the update. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.
Jurisdiction
The Site is operated from Spain and is not intended to subject Velorum to any non-Spanish laws or jurisdictions. Use of the Site is at your own risk and must comply with all applicable laws. Velorum may limit Site availability to any person, region, or jurisdiction at any time.

General Terms
These Terms of Use do not create any partnership, joint venture, fiduciary, or employment relationship between you and Velorum. Failure to exercise any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of conflict, the parties agree to submit to Spanish courts or, for international clients, to mediation by the
International Chamber of Commerce.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Velorum. Notices may be sent via email, postal mail, or posted on the Site. A printed version of these Terms is admissible in court to the same extent as any other business document.
If any provision is deemed invalid, only that part shall be inapplicable. The remainder shall remain in full effect. You may not transfer or assign these Terms without Velorum’s prior written consent. Velorum may assign them without restriction.
